30-Day Return Policy – Refurbished RIDGID Pipe Threading Equipment
At Eastex Tool, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished RIDGID pipe threading equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
All accessories, dies, chucks, foot switches, manuals, and included components must accompany the return.
Equipment that has been altered, damaged, abused, or improperly used is not eligible for return.
Freight-Shipped Equipment
Customers are responsible for all return freight charges unless the item was received damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
Freight returns must be properly packaged, palletized, and secured to prevent damage during transit.
Any damage occurring during return shipment may result in a reduced refund or denial of the return.
UPS and Parcel-Shipped Items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or shipped incorrectly.
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage.
Restocking Fee
All returns approved for reasons other than shipping damage, defective equipment, or order errors are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee covers inspection, testing, cleaning, repackaging, and administrative processing costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Special-order items
Custom-built equipment
Electrical components once installed
Used threading dies, cutting oil, and other consumable wear items
Products sold "As-Is" or clearly marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The applicable 15% restocking fee, return shipping charges, and any costs associated with missing or damaged components will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Request a Return
Contact Eastex Tool, LLC SALES@EASTEXTOOL.COM or 936-767-4400 before returning any merchandise to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Eastex Tool, LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
