Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Refurbished equipment may require additional preparation and testing prior to shipment.

Shipping Methods

We ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers depending on the size and weight of the item.

Small Parts and Accessories

Most parts and accessories ship via standard parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Large Equipment

Pipe threading machines, groovers, and other heavy equipment may ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments may require a commercial address, loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Freight Deliveries

Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Shipping Area

We currently ship throughout the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for a quote before ordering.
